Return Process

    Notify our team within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@grampiansoliveco.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return.

    Await Authorization

    Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number along with instructions for shipping the items back to our grove.

    Pack Securely

    Ensure the products are unopened and in their original packaging; safely pack them into a sturdy shipping box to prevent breakage during transit.

    Receive Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement to be sent.
